Many of us become distracted by the pressures of work, the expectations of others and the demands of every day commitments.

But nothing can change your priorities quicker than being faced with your own mortality. Bronnie Ware has seen this many times in her role as palliative caregiver. As she spent the remaining weeks with those in her care, she noticed a common thread: when it came time to die, many had regrets about how they had lived. Bronnie wrote it, at first as an article, but it soon expanded into a full length book titled The Top Five Regrets of the Dying – A Life Transformed by the Dearly Departing. Here is the article that started it all.
